We're searching for a Founding Research Engineer to lead breakthrough developments in prompt engineering methodologies and AI interaction frameworks.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement advanced prompt optimization algorithms and recommendation systems

• Research and develop prompt effectiveness metrics and evaluation frameworks

• Build AI-powered prompt generation and enhancement tools that feel like magic

• Create automated prompt testing and validation systems at unprecedented scale

• Lead the technical side of our BRIDGE (Bidirectional Response Intelligence and Dynamic Guidance Engine) program

• Publish research findings that establish new standards in the prompt engineering field

• Collaborate with the global AI community to push the boundaries of human-AI interaction

What We're Looking For:

• Deep understanding of large language models (GPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, etc.)

• Proven experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation at scale

• Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architecture

• Track record of research publications or significant open-source contributions that others actually use

• Ability to turn theoretical research into production systems that serve millions

The Research We're Pioneering:

• Automated prompt optimization that adapts in real-time to user intent

• Semantic similarity algorithms that recommend perfect prompts for any use case

• Multi-modal prompt frameworks that work across text, image, and code generation

• Evaluation metrics that predict prompt performance before deployment

• Cross-model compatibility systems that work seamlessly across different LLMs

Experience With:

• Large-scale machine learning systems and model deployment

• Vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search optimization

• A/B testing frameworks & monitoring for AI model performance

• Research methodologies and experimental design

• Background in human-computer interaction and AR/VR or alternative interface design

• History of building something people use daily and can't imagine living without
